YEARBOOK HISTORY - 2007

2007 – To date the most successful year on record for the Club. Of 11 teams eligible 11 played in the years end final series, with 9 going on to represent the Club in Grand Finals - winning 3. As a result the Club was awarded the Club Championship Trophy 2007 and the 2007 Club Efficiency Award.

Ben Kennedy joins the Club and becomes a Major Sponsor - Fresh Extremes Fruit Market joining Club Stalwarts Shane Webcke - Leyburn Hotel and Steve Baudinette - L.J.Hooker Albany Creek as Major Sponsors.

Player numbers continue to grow with 20 teams represented throughout the season. Finishing touches put to the Light Towers on Field 3 with Friday Night games being held at the Club for the first time. Earth works completed on the spectator hills between the fields allowing for better viewing and a much safer enviroment.

Tha Club affiliates with the Northern Broncos after the withdrawl of support from the Melbourne Storm and introduces player developmet sqauds and structured Coaching and Player development programs.
